CMS Responds: Well, 100%, use the web portal, go online, use the WOTC program, streamline your business that way through your onboarding process. We find that once someone went from filling out the IRS 8850 and DOL 9061 on physical (paper) forms, by then moving to our web based screening services, we saved them an additional 30% of tax credits just because its easier to use, and we ask the questions a bit differently.
